Hello conscious fellows
here are the latest menus served in the last month:
– New Veggie Burgers, with chickpeas and buckwheat grains, and veggies and spices;
– Pumpkin + Boniatos + Beet-roots cooked in a rich sauce in a pan;
– Pumpkin Gnocchi with spelt flour:
– Turnips (col rave) + another local kind of broccoli, steamed and than in a pan;
– Integral spelt flour cake with oven cooked apples and a cream made of oat flakes and raisins.

– Whole grain rice with artichokes;
– Polenta and peas;
– Radish with red cabbage, steamed and pan fried;
– Cabbage and zucchini at the oven;
– Cereal biscuits with no flour, just flakes of different cereals, with raisins and a mashed banana.
